Our Background
SIDAH Group began in 1997 with the establishment of SIDAH Food Industries Sdn. Bhd., supplying raw materials and food-related products to the local market.
In 2003, the Group expanded into the food and beverage sector with the launch of the SIDAH Restaurant network, opening locations around Shah Alam and Kuala Lumpur. This growth continued in 2004 with the establishment of SIDAH Catering Services (M) Sdn. Bhd., providing professional catering services to government, corporate, and private clients.
To support the Group’s strategic growth, SIDAH Tijarah Sdn. Bhd. and SIDAH Holding Sdn. Bhd. were established in 2014, managing both local and international food product distribution as well as overseeing overall group strategy and direction.
In 2015, SIDAH Group further diversified into construction, procurement, and property development.
Building on the Group’s expertise in large-scale service management, S Creative Solutions Event & Entertainment Sdn. Bhd. was founded in 2018 to provide comprehensive event management solutions, including weddings, official events, concerts, and festivals.
Today, S Creative Solutions operates as part of SIDAH Group, leveraging the Group’s network, experience, and expertise to deliver events that are well-organized, professional, and highly impactful.
